Betsy Nacarato

Betsy was born and raised in Wappingers Falls, New York. In 1997, she relocated to Palm Beach County, Florida where she began her career in the financial industry, holding Series 6 Securities as well as Health, Life, and Annuity licenses during her tenure at her family’s insurance company. Realizing that insurance was not her calling, Betsy pursued her passion for law.

Betsy graduated from Indian River State College with her Associate of Science in Paralegal studies where she was on both the President’s and the Dean’s List. She continued her education by becoming a Certified Paralegal with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 2011; after taking three more advanced courses of study, in 2021, she became an Advanced Certified Family Law Paralegal with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).

She joined the Law Firm of Charles D. Jamieson, P.A. in 2018 with over eight years of expertise in Marital and Family law. Betsy started her legal career as a Senior Paralegal. Armed with her education and NALA credentials, together with her knowledge of family law, her unparalleled work ethic, and sharp mind, Betsy quickly grasped the intricacies of matrimonial law and law firm management. Within a short order, Betsy began managing the firm’s operations while assisting Charlie on all of his cases and at Trial.
